Partners Committee

The partners committee consists of professionals in the fields of nutrition, public health, health, programming, computer engineering, website development, marketing, and public relations.

The responsibilities of the technical committee are :

  • Support the food databank (Food composition data) collection at the country level;
  • Work with EMFID partners to establish the standardization and quality assurance guidelines of food composition data in their country;
  • Responsible for the data availability and quality of food composition data within the country;
  • Implement or adopt EMFID standards and guidelines at the national level;
  • Disseminate the EMFID platform at the national and regional levels;
  • Stimulate the establishment of EMFID national network;
  • Prepare the country's needs for integrating national legislation for food composition, and food quality.
