Organizational structure

EMFID platform is a collaboration between countries of the Eastern Mediterranean region. It serves as a network between countries who share similar eating habits, recipes and cooking methods. EMFID functions to provide subject-specific connection between these countries and facilitates knowledge transfer, joint research, and technology sharing. It also aims to mobilize financial and technical resources, in order to upgrade and enhance each individual country's database and nutrition center, therefore helping them to grow and develop in their respective fields.
